About the location:
Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, Tower Bridge is the starting point for discovering London’s historic past, alongside its exhilarating present. As impressive inside as out, this famous five-star hotel remains the centre of attention, as a new chapter begins in its history. This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Cooper's Cut (Modern Steakhouse), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar)

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking Casual Banqueting Waiters and Waitresses to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals who enjoy flexible work, high standards, and being part of prestigious events within a luxury environment.
The role
As a Casual Banqueting Waiter or Waitress, you will support the delivery of flawless service during events, working alongside a highly professional team. You will be involved in all stages of event service, from setup through to execution, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and impressed.
This role is ideal for those who thrive in fast paced settings, take pride in presentation, and enjoy working in a team focused environment.
What You Will Do
- Deliver attentive, polished service in line with Four Seasons standards
- Serve food and beverages with confidence and professionalism
- Support the setup and breakdown of banqueting spaces
- Maintain excellent presentation of event areas and service stations
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and coordinated service
- Anticipate guest needs and respond courteously at all times

What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience as a waiter or waitress, ideally within banqueting or events
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Strong food and beverage knowledge or willingness to learn
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Right to Work in the UK
