What you’ll be serving up...

As a Casual Bar Team Member, you’ll play an important role in delivering excellent service to our customers and clients. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you’ll help ensure our bar service runs smoothly and efficiently, while creating a positive experience for everyone you serve.

  • Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a friendly and professional manner
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer needs
  • Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard
  • Processing cash and card payments accurately using till systems
  • Checking ID and following Challenge 25 and licensing regulations
  • Setting up, stocking and replenishing the bar area as required
  • Maintaining clean, safe and organised bar and service areas
  • Working effectively as part of a team to deliver a high-quality service
  • Following COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, licensing and company procedures at all times

  • Previous experience within a bar, hospitality or customer service environment is desirable
  • A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Friendly, approachable and confident when interacting with customers
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Reliable, flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised when required
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and licensing regulations is desirable, but training will be provided
