Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team for various events/matchdays. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging furniture and equipment as required.
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service throughout the event.
- Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company/client policies.
- Support catering staff with food and beverage service as needed. A key area for us.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the event.
- Maintain cleanliness of event spaces throughout the duration of the event.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees.

Requirements
- Must be 18+ for licensing laws and insurances.
- Previous experience in event staffing or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
