The Role:
To assist the Duty Management Team in the provision of a first-class café to all Horizon Leisure Centre customers.
Your Team
You’ll be working within our Operations Team and directly reporting to the Duty Manager.
Your Responsibilities
- To serve customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
- To ensure the Café is prepared and ready for business at the appointed opening times
- To prepare, cook, and serve food
- To ensure all areas of the Café and products are displayed in a clean, tidy, and attractive manner
- To work to a high and fast standard to meet customer demand
- To accurately process all till transactions
- To actively promote add-on sales
Your Experience
- Experience of working in a customer service environment
- Cash handling experience

This role will be based at Waterlooville but will be expected to travel to other company sites as the need requires.
