About The Role
- Follow the company's Food Safety Management System and help maintain high food safety standards.
- Build and maintain good knowledge of products, including new and updated menu items.
- Support stock management, including stock rotation, deliveries, and reporting low stock levels.
- Prepare and serve food in line with company procedures and quality standards in any of our catering units.
- Maintain a good understanding of allergens and follow all relevant food safety requirements.
- Monitor and record food temperatures, quality checks, and wastage to ensure compliance and reduce waste.
- Help create a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment while following Health & Safety procedures.
- Assist with the responsible sale of age-restricted products in line with Challenge 25 guidelines.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service at all times.
- Support cash handling and reconciliation procedures accurately.

What is casual work?
Casual work is a great solution as it enables you to work flexibly around other commitments in your life. Once you have registered your interest, we will contact you in advance to offer you department-based shifts at racedays or hospitality functions. There are usually a range of shifts available and opportunities for work are based on busy seasons and the annual racing calendar. Positions will be allocated on the day as part of the briefing.
