Elior Stadia – Bringing the Buzz to Matchdays & More

When the crowd roars, the food has to be just as exciting! At Elior Stadia, we serve up epic matchday meals, gourmet hospitality, and fast, fresh stadium snacks - so fans can focus on the action while we handle the flavour.

Based at Murrayfield Stadium, our largest flagship site within the Stadia division, this is a varied and customer-facing role at the heart of our matchday and event operations.

As the contract caterer, Elior looks after fans and guests across matchdays, concerts, conferences and banquets, delivering high-quality food and beverage experiences while adapting to the needs of our client.

What you’ll be doing…

In this role, you’ll work closely with our onsite client and external contractors, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient coordination of cellar and beverage stock across the stadium.

As a Cellar & Beverage Stock Coordinator, you will work across a large, high-volume and fast-paced site with multiple bars. The role comes with plenty of responsibility and opportunities to develop and progress. We are particularly interested in colleagues who are keen to take on greater responsibility and ownership, with the opportunity to progress into a Supervisor role.

  • Performing line cleaning
  • Receiving, checking and storing deliveries
  • Overseeing others assisting with deliveries
  • Stocking bars for events
  • Responsible for accurate stock counting, stock rotation and efficient stock organisation and storage
  • Cellar person during large scale events and their set-up
  • Assisting the bar manager with stock planning for events
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness both in the bars and in cellars
  • Complying with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety Legislation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
