About the location:

This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Cooper's Cut (Modern Steakhouse), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar)

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Casual Commis Waiter or Waitress to join the Coopers Cut team.
The role
As a Casual Commis Waiter or Waitress, you will support the restaurant team in delivering exceptional service throughout every stage of the guest experience.
Working closely with the Chef de Rang and senior service team, you will assist with restaurant preparation, food and beverage delivery, and the smooth flow of service, ensuring every guest receives the warm and attentive hospitality for which Four Seasons is renowned.
What you will do
- Assist with setting up and preparing the restaurant before service
- Support the team by delivering food, beverages, and guest requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and restaurant areas
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with care and attention to detail
- Work closely with both kitchen and front of house teams to ensure smooth service
- Develop knowledge of menus, ingredients, wines, and beverages
- Support the delivery of Four Seasons service standards at all times
- Contribute positively to a professional and collaborative team culture

What we are looking for
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Previous experience within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and professional approach
- Ability to perform in a fast paced service environment
- Good spoken English
- Right to Work in the UK
