We're looking for enthusiastic Casual Conference & Events Workers to join our Conference & Banqueting team.
This role supports all aspects of event operations, with a particular focus on function bar service, wine waiting, and beverage service. You'll help deliver exceptional experiences at conferences, corporate events, weddings, gala dinners, awards ceremonies, and private functions.

What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver excellent food, bar, and wine service at conferences, banquets, and other events.
- Set up and replenish bars, coffee stations, buffets, and event spaces.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to Marriott standards.
- Provide professional wine service and support guests throughout their event.
- Work as part of the Conference & Banqueting team to ensure every event runs smoothly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest service.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, banqueting, bars, restaurants, hotels, or events is preferred.
- Experience in function bar service or wine waiting is an advantage.
- A friendly, reliable, and guest-focused approach.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
