We are looking for Casual Conference & Events Worker to join our team and support the smooth running and operation of our meetings, conferences, banquets and social events.
What you’ll do
- Assist with the set-up and preparation of conference, meeting and event spaces
- Help deliver food and beverage service during conferences, meetings and events
- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring they receive a warm and professional service
- Respond to guest requests and support the smooth running of events
- Replenish food, beverages, equipment and event supplies as required
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation throughout events
- Assist with the clearing and resetting of rooms between meetings and events
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure events run efficiently and to the required standard
- Adapt to different event requirements and changing priorities throughout the shift
- Support the team in creating memorable experiences for our guests

What we’re looking for
- A great communicator who enjoys working with people

- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and take on different responsibilities
- Previous hospitality, events or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
