Your Responsibilities as a Service Driver:

  • Deliver and collect customer vehicles in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
  • Build strong rapport with customers and develop a clear understanding of their needs.
  • Provide exceptional levels of customer service at all times, ensuring customer care remains a top priority.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous image when interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Ensure all vehicles are presented to a high standard and meet customer expectations before delivery or collection.
  • Carry out vehicle valeting and preparation duties when required.
  • Report any customer complaints, concerns, or vehicle issues to management immediately.
  • Complete all relevant paperwork and vehicle checks accurately.
  • Adhere to all company procedures, road safety regulations, and health & safety requirements.
  • Support the wider team and undertake any additional duties required within the role.

What we are looking for in a Service Driver:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively under pressure
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to deliver vehicles within allocated timescales
  • Full UK driving licence with a clean or acceptable driving record
