We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Casual Duty Manager

About The Role

  • Support the smooth running of race days and events.
  • Assist with basic health, safety and emergency procedures.
  • Help prepare the stadium and facilities before events.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to visitors.
  • Assist with hospitality, bars, snack bars and other event areas as required.
  • Support and work alongside stewards, security and other event staff.
  • Report any accidents, incidents, maintenance issues or customer concerns to the appropriate manager.
  • Help keep the stadium clean, safe, secure and presentable.
  • Follow company procedures, including health and safety, food safety, licensing and customer service requirements.
  • Assist with general event duties and respond to reasonable requests from management.
  • Work flexibly as part of the team to help ensure events run smoothly.

What is casual work?

Casual work is a great solution as it enables you to work flexibly around other commitments in your life. Once you have registered your interest, we will contact you in advance to offer you department based shifts at racedays or hospitality functions. There are usually a range of shifts available and opportunities for work are based on busy seasons and the annual racing calendar. Positions will be allocated on the day as part of the briefing.
