Your Role

Responsibilities

As a Casual Educator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, helping create a stimulating, engaging, and inclusive environment for the children in our care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Actively supervising children to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
  • Delivering age-appropriate programs that inspire curiosity and foster learning.
  • Building strong, open communication with families about each child’s development.
  • Creating a positive, inclusive atmosphere where children and families feel they truly belong.

About You

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • A Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • A valid WWCC, First Aid, Mandatory Reporting, Sun Smart and Safe Sleeping Certifications (or willingness to obtain).
  • Knowledge of the NQF and EYLF, with a passion for applying these in practice.
  • A genuine love for working with children, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact.
  • Availability Monday to Friday 6:30am to 6:30pm.
