Events Assistant
Location: Maidstone Leisure Centre, Maidstone, ME15 7RN
Salary: £15 per hour plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Part-time casual contract working mainly evenings, weekends, and late nights.

Delivering these services relies on an enthusiastic, customer-focused team, and they're now looking for an Events Assistant to join their team and help make a positive difference every day.
As an Events Assistant, you'll help create a positive impact on communities by supporting the successful delivery of events that bring people together. Your work will help ensure every event is safe, well-organised, and welcoming, contributing to experiences that enrich local lives and help impact a better future.
What you’ll do as an Events Assistant
- Support the set-up and preparation of events, ensuring all equipment and spaces are ready in good time.
- Uphold company Health and Safety Policy and comply with all relevant safety legislation.
- Carry out cleaning duties to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout event areas.
- Follow processes outlined in the Safety Management System (SMS) to ensure consistent and safe operations.
- Assist with stewarding duties when required to support smooth event delivery.
- Help create a welcoming environment for visitors, ensuring a positive experience at every event.
