The Role
We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator on a casual basis to join us and take ownership of the preparation and running of our facilities at Emirates Stadium.
The department areas include property and facilities management, spectator safety at events, and wider health and safety matters, which you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting. You will also be working across wider facilities at other locations for all events and functions across the club.
Casual Roles
Working with our club on a Casual basis offers a flexible and short-term arrangement. Unlike full-time roles, shifts are scheduled based on both our needs and your availability. These shifts may include matchdays, evenings, weekends, and events.
Who we are
We are one of the most famous clubs in world football, with a rich heritage and history of success.
Beyond that, we are passionate about our local community and, behind the scenes, we have a wide variety of opportunities and career paths for all. We have a very defined purpose: to act for a winning team, culture, and community. We achieve this by ensuring we are courageous in the pursuit of progress, we champion our community and each other, and that we do the right thing (even when no one is looking).
Our Commitment to Safeguarding
We are committed to ensuring that our environments for children, young people, and adults at risk remain safe and inclusive. We therefore require successful candidates to complete a DBS check and other essential background checks prior to starting their employment. Depending on the responsibilities of the role, a DBS will be either a basic, standard, or enhanced check.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
