About The Venue

Valliant Live is a cutting-edge event complex with a capacity of up to 3,500 people. It is designed to host various events, including large corporate conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, major touring concerts, stand-up comedy, family performances, and sporting events. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-new venue from the ground up.

About The Role

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience. Whether you’re serving drinks, preparing food, or helping with customer inquiries, your friendly and positive attitude will make all the difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and serving high-quality alcoholic and cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Prepare any food and snacks sold in the location you are working in.
  • Using a cashless EPOS system to take orders and process payments securely, and process orders promptly.
  • Ensuring challenge 25 is being implemented.
  • Engaging with customers and advising them about current promotions.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised area, including quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to guests, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to licensing laws.
  • Prepare and serve a range of drinks and food items as required.
  • Ensure food and beverage service areas are kept clean, tidy, and fully stocked during events.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of food and beverage areas before and after events.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Respond to customer inquiries or issues promptly, escalating to a supervisor when necessary.
  • Work as part of a team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
