Hourly rate: between £8.00 - £12.71.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Food & Beverage Assistant.
These exciting and varied roles offer the chance to work in a lively, fast-paced hospitality environment, ensuring our guests enjoy the very best experience.
Please note this role will require working evenings and weekends.
About The Role
You’ll play a key part in delivering excellent service across our bars, restaurant areas. Duties may include:
Bar & Waiting Responsibilities
- Serve customers in a friendly, professional and efficient manner at all times.
- Advise guests on available products and promotions, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Set up and maintain bars, tables and service areas with appropriate stock, glassware, and condiments.
- Take and process food and drink orders accurately using the tills and POS systems.
- Serve beverages, including wines and spirits, in accordance with licensing laws.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all work and public areas, following Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines.
- Support with stock rotation, waste recording, and basic cleaning duties before, during and after service.
- Handle cash and card payments securely and accurately.

Skills & Qualities
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Are smart, polite, professional and well presented.
- Have excellent communication and customer care skills.
- Are flexible, adaptable and team-oriented.
- Demonstrate a passion for quality service and attention to detail.
- Possess good numerical and literacy skills.
- Can work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Act with honesty and integrity at all times.
Previous bar, waiting or cash-handling experience is desirable — but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
