Food & Beverage Assistant

Creating memorable experiences for our guests by using emotional engagement and high attention to detail. Being familiar with all menus and all products available. Cleaning and setting up tables. Taking orders for our wonderful guests. Making sure that all food service areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene. Assisting with the restaurant within house telephone calls and messages from guests as well as taking reservations to the company standards.

About the Role

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our family! We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.
  • A friendly, enthusiastic, and professional with a strong passion for hospitality and ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with colleagues across different departments to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment is preferred.
