Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Casual Food and Beverage Server to support both our In Room Dining and Banqueting teams. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience across multiple areas of Food and Beverage within one of London's leading luxury hotels while benefiting from flexible working opportunities.
The role
As a Casual Food and Beverage Server, you will support the delivery of exceptional service across a variety of events, functions, and guest dining experiences.
Whether serving guests in the comfort of their rooms or supporting high profile meetings, conferences, weddings, and events, you will play a key role in ensuring every experience is delivered with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
What you will do
- Deliver food and beverage service to guests in line with Four Seasons standards
- Support the setup, service, and breakdown of banqueting events and functions
- Deliver In Room Dining orders professionally and efficiently
- Prepare function rooms, service stations, and event spaces
- Respond to guest requests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas throughout shifts
- Work closely with kitchen and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Ensure accurate handling of guest orders and requests
- Support a positive team environment and contribute to exceptional guest satisfaction
What we are looking for

- Previous experience within hospitality, restaurants, bars, banqueting, or events is preferred
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team focused approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts based on business needs
- Good spoken English
- Right to Work in the UK
