Casual Football Coach
Elite Motion Sports CIC is a growing community sports organisation based in Essex. Our mission is to create opportunities for young people through sport and physical activity. We deliver 1-to-1 football coaching, holiday camps, school provisions and community projects.
Role Description
We are looking for a Casual Football Coach to support our October Half-Term Football Camp.
Job Type: Casual
Dates: 26th–30th October 2026
Pay: £10 per hour
Location: Great Bardfield, Essex

- Support the delivery of football coaching sessions, drills and games
- Engage and encourage young people
- Create a fun, positive and inclusive environment
- Support the organisation and smooth running of the camp
- Maintain the safety and wellbeing of participants
Qualifications
- Passion for football and working with young people
- Relevant sporting qualifications are desirable, including BTEC Level 3 Sport or FA Level 1
- Relevant safeguarding training
- Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check, where required
- Previous coaching or youth-work experience is desirable
- Reliable, enthusiastic and professional
