A Scottish professional football club based in the city of Dunfermline, Fife. Here we cater for a number of different events through the year ranging from corporate and private meeting & events to the absolutely enthralling match days over the course of the year. With a variety of Food & Beverage outlets to choose from, it is an outstanding venue that offers attendees a fun day out. Free parking and tickets for games.

We are looking for a Casual Front of House Assistant to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Dunfermline.

You will ideally have previous experience of working within a fast-paced catering environment as a catering assistant or supervisor, you will be looking to take your career to the next level and progress into a managerial role.

You will enjoy what you do, working with a great team, for a company fanatical about food serving wonderful customers.

Main Duties

  • Serving and interacting with staff and pupils during mealtimes
  • To maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in your area of concern
  • To Maintain, wash, Store and Polish crockery, cutlery and glassware for everyday use.
  • To provide the service of food/beverages and carry out any minor food preparation task
  • To Prepare, set-up, serve, clear, clean and store away any food, beverage or equipment required for special functions.
  • On a rota basis work additional hours during and out of term time to assist with lettings, functions and school events.
  • Operate cleaning, dishwashing equipment. Properly clean and store equipment, service, preparation and storage areas.
  • Complete all / any necessary cleaning/hygiene duties...
  • To assist with meal documentation procedures
  • To assist in the service of all meals/functions when needed.
  • Serve customers, visitors and guests to a high standard in line with Thomas Franks and client service standards and expectations
  • Clean, fill, beverage machines and ensure all vending equipment is working correctly
