What you'll be serving up…
As a Casual Front of House Team Member, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for residents and visitors at Leaf & Bean, ExtraCare Stoke Gifford Village.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a friendly, welcoming environment
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation
- Support lunchtime café service and evening bar operations
- Operate the till and handle transactions accurately, following company procedures
- Ensure customer areas are clean, tidy, well presented and fully stocked
- Build positive relationships with residents and visitors
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience
- Follow Food Safety, Health & Safety and company procedures at all times
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns in line with procedures

Kitchen experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
- No previous experience required, as full training will be provided
