Located in Milton Keynes, F&F Stores is a rapidly expanding E-commerce business that thrives on bringing licensed products from beloved brands like Disney, Marvel, Minecraft, and iconic football clubs directly to your doorstep.

Our high-quality products include a wide range for the whole family, from toys and fashion to home accessories and beauty items, found on popular E-commerce marketplaces and our own e-commerce website.

Location: Office-based, in Milton Keynes

Contract: Zero-hours (with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time permanent contract)

Salary: £12.9/hour

Role Overview

In this role, you’ll support e-commerce performance by creating product listing visuals and ensuring all images meet online marketplace requirements and best practices, while maintaining consistency with our brand identity.

If you are passionate about graphic design, proficient in tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and eager to learn, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality product images, listing visuals, and A+ Content for online marketplaces to optimise conversion rates.
  • Handle post-processing from start to finish, using a variety of tools and techniques, including clipping images with the pen tool, removal of dust and debris, shape correction, and colour correction.
  • Ensure all visuals meet Amazon’s technical requirements and best practices, including size, resolution, text placement, logos, borders, and colour schemes.
  • Collaborate with business units and other teams to develop e-commerce-ready visuals that support product listings.
  • Research competitors and industry trends to continuously improve design quality and listing performance.
  • Design feature-focused images that highlight product details, specifications, and key measurements to improve customer understanding and engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong understanding of visual composition.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and openness to constructive feedback.
  • Passionate about design and advertising, particularly fashion and accessories (kids & adults).
  • Proven ability to understand and analyse written briefs.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud Package.
  • Experience with Amazon or other e-commerce marketplace listing design and A+ Content creation is preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
