This is an exciting opportunity to work with the team at the Benn Hall in preparing the building for their many varied events.

The Benn Hall is Rugby's premier entertainment venue, hosting Theatre, Music & Comedy Events all year round and available for hire for any type of private event or function. We're constantly innovating our offerings and desirability as a social hub and destination venue in the heart of the town.

About The Role

This is a casual role and hours will vary according to the demands of the service, with an amount of hours not guaranteed.

As our Casual Hall Attendant you will be a key holder for the building, responsible at times for the opening and closing of the building.

The role will involve:

  • Lifting and moving heavy objects
  • Undertaking general maintenance duties within the building
  • Assisting the cleaning team

About You

Previous experience in caretaking or similar a position would be desirable, with the ability to undertake tasks such as lifting and moving of heavy object, a good understanding of manual handling alongside an ability to communicate clearly and courteously.

Please note, this is a casual role and will involve unsociable working hours such as weekends, early mornings, evenings and bank holidays, with a degree of flexibility required for availability.
