King's High School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic hockey coach to help a busy and thriving PE Department to support its successful and ambitious hockey programme.
This is an opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a passion and expertise in hockey to work with ambitious and talented pupils. We expect there to be an appropriate balance between the teaching and improvement of technique and enjoyment for the activity.

The successful candidate will be asked to deliver training sessions according to the need of the hockey programme. This may include after-school training sessions, Saturday fixtures, tournaments, and other sporting commitments. There may become an opportunity to assist in lessons if suitable.
The role is offered on the coaching rate pay scale point 33 equivalent to £23.98 per hour (£20.50 plus £3.48 holiday pay) to point 40 equivalent to £28.63 per hour (£24.47 plus £4.16 holiday pay).
