Hotel Receptionist - Casual Hours
Join our friendly hotel team!
We are looking for professional and enthusiastic Hotel Receptionists to join our team on a casual hours basis, offering flexibility to suit your availability.
At Delta Hotels by Marriott Peterborough, you provide a vital role in being the first and last point of contact. The ideal candidate should be confident in giving a great first and last impression of the hotel.

Your Day To Day Duties Include
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel and managing guest accounts, ensuring all necessary paperwork and payment details are properly handled.
- Assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and providing information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Addressing and resolving guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handling phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate departments or guests.
- Managing the hotel's front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and well maintained.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
- Preparing reports and updating occupancy statistics.
