Casual Housekeeper – Day & Evening Shifts

About Us

Located in the heart of Glasgow, the Glasgow Marriott Hotel is a busy, welcoming hotel close to the city centre, SEC, and major transport links. Our Housekeeping team plays an important role in creating a great guest experience by keeping our hotel clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We are a friendly and supportive team where everyone works together to maintain high standards.

The Role

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Casual Housekeeper to join our team. This is a flexible role, with shifts available based on business needs. You may be required to work across different areas of the hotel, helping to keep our guest and public areas clean and presentable throughout the day.

Typical shifts are available during the day and evening, with evening shifts generally running from 5:00pm to 11:00pm. During busy periods, events, or party nights, shifts may finish later depending on business needs. Flexibility across both daytime and evening shifts would be appreciated.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
