Role Overview
As a Housekeeping Assistant at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:
- As Housekeeping Porter you will maintain the cleanliness and good order of all assigned areas creating a pleasant environment for our guests.
- You will be in charge of delighting our guests with requested service and ensure that all linen cupboards and all items are stocked properly.
- You are willing to provide a professional, attentive and impeccable service in order to achieve great customer satisfaction.

Requirements
To be a successful Casual Housekeeping Assistant candidate, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Genuine interest in providing outstanding service to our guests
