The Copthorne Aberdeen is looking for a Casual Housekeeping Assistant
Who will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. As a Casual Housekeeping Assistant, you will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is offered at all times, in line with our core values and standards, and that guests' expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities:
- Clean guest bedrooms, bathrooms and vacuum rooms and corridors
- Change and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest amenities in line with company guidelines.
- Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks
- Ensure that all equipment inside and around Guest rooms as well as in work areas and used when performing housekeeping responsibilities is in working condition
- Be environmentally aware
- Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Carry out general hotel cleaning duties as required

The Copthorne Hotel Aberdeen, is a beautifully maintained historic building situated in the heart of Aberdeen’s West End and provides convenient access to surrounding areas. The hotel offers 87 bedrooms, all with modern amenities.
