Role Summary:
Activity Instructor – Casual – £13.26ph, flexible working, holiday pay, training opportunities, and free use of equipment. Outdoor Instructor for spring, summer, and autumn work, set in the backdrop of a stunning country park.
About the Role:
Dinton Activity Centre is seeking passionate individuals who have lots of energy to bring to the team. Candidates should hold their BC (Paddle UK) Paddlesports/SUP Instructor Award (or equivalent), RYA Dinghy Instructor, Climbing Wall Instructor (previously CWA), Archery GB instructor, or British Fencing Core Coach award.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of activities such as taster sessions, school/youth group events, corporate days, school holiday activities, and BC/RYA/NICAS courses.
- Work alongside Lead and Senior Instructors to deliver a diverse activity and education program.
- Assist with boat hire, offsite events, centre maintenance, and general administration/reception cover duties where necessary.
- Provide opportunities for personal development and training to grow into a fully qualified and experienced instructor.
