Be part of the match day experience at Hibernian FC! We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Casual Kiosk Team Leaders to oversee kiosk operations, support team members, and help create a positive experience for supporters on fixture days. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with leadership skills who thrive in a busy and customer-focused environment.

This is a casual, flexible position, with shifts available on home matchdays and stadium events - ideal if you're looking for part-time work that fits around your lifestyle.

What you’ll be serving up…

As a Kiosk Team Leader, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting the day-to-day operations across various areas of the business. From helping with basic tasks to assisting during busy periods or special events, you’ll bring flexibility, energy, and a team-first attitude to every shift.

  • Assist with general duties such as cleaning, restocking, packing, or basic prep work
  • Support staff in areas like kitchen, service, deliveries, or event setup
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, following hygiene and safety guidelines
  • Help with receiving and storing deliveries, checking stock and supplies
  • Be available to assist with ad hoc tasks across departments
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth operations
  • Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks promptly and professionally
