About the Role

To work under the Head Chef to ensure that the kitchen is clean and operational at all times.

  • Carrying in food deliveries and putting them into store and completing appropriate paperwork.
  • Cleaning ovens, dishes, pans, and other equipment.
  • Cleaning the floor and disposing of kitchen waste and rubbish correctly.
  • Keeping kitchen walls and work surfaces clean.
  • Bringing food in from the storeroom and assisting with moving food and deliveries around the site.
