What is the role?
We are seeking a Casual High Ropes & Climbing Supervisor to ensure that daily activities run smoothly and efficiently and customers have an enjoyable experience.
What will you be doing?
As a Casual High Ropes & Climbing Supervisor, you will:
- Lead engaging activity sessions, delivering clear safety briefings and ensuring participants feel confident and supported throughout their experience.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the climbing wall and high ropes course, carrying out regular equipment inspections and reporting any maintenance requirements to maintain the highest safety standards.
- Follow all health and safety procedures, attend mandatory training and competency assessments, and contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our guests.
- Support bar and hospitality operations by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, taking orders, processing payments, and maintaining clean and organised working areas.
- Provide excellent customer service, professionally handling enquiries, feedback, and any issues that may arise.

You are a confident communicator who enjoys working with people and creating positive experiences for customers. You have a strong awareness of health and safety, can remain calm under pressure, and take pride in delivering high standards of service. You are a team player who is flexible, reliable, and willing to work as part of a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Experience within climbing, high ropes, outdoor activities, hospitality, leisure, or customer service environments would be beneficial, although training will be provided for the right candidate. A commitment to safety, excellent customer care, and a proactive attitude are essential.
