The Role: Merchandiser
As a Merchandiser with Strikeforce, you'll be out in the field, showcasing top brands in major retail stores. Your mission? Ensure products are stocked, displayed perfectly, and ready for customers. From building displays to executing promotions, you’ll play a key role in keeping the store looking great.

What Your Day Looks Like
- Restocking shelves and managing stock levels
- Building eye-catching displays and placing promotional materials
- Following planograms (store layouts) to ensure perfect product placement
- Working solo or as part of a small team
- Building strong relationships with store staff
- Quickly submitting reports via your smart device
Planogram & Relay Work
You’ll also be executing planograms (shelf layouts) to ensure products shine in the right spot. Whether working solo or with a team, you’ll help drive product visibility and sales impact.
Planogram Responsibilities Include
- Executing relay and planogram setups
- Adjusting shelf layouts and placing products in their prime spots
- Ensuring correct ticketing and signage
- Getting store sign-off on displays
- Submitting timely, accurate reports

- Smart device for reporting
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- 18+ with full Australian working rights
- Physically fit (lifting up to 16kgs)
