Falmouth Exeter Plus Recruitment for Casual Nursery Nurses
Falmouth Exeter Plus are seeking to recruit enthusiastic Casual Nursery Nurses to join the close-knit team at our nurseries at the Falmouth and Penryn campuses.
About the Role
Our unique settings provide warm, nurturing environments and high-quality childcare for children aged 6 months to five years. Ofsted rated ‘Good’, our nurseries are extremely popular and led by a dedicated supportive team that create a warm, homely atmosphere that helps children to settle and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing daily planning and activities in a way which provides a stimulating and secure learning environment.
- Hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent. Candidates possessing a level 2 will also be considered.
Requirements
- Previous experience of working with children.
- High standards of care.
- A flexible approach towards working hours.

Working Hours
The nurseries are open Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm. We are looking for candidates who are available to cover these hours across the week, when required. The hours for these roles will be on an ad-hoc/flexible basis, covering staff absence and therefore could fit around candidates existing commitments.
Additional Information
Due to the nature of the role, you will also be required to undergo an enhanced with regulated activity Disclosure & Barring Service Check.
