RESPONSIBILITIES
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Welcome and assist guests: Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities
- Handle luggage with care: Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures
- Assist with guest transport: Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations
- Maintain equipment standards: Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order
