Job Title: Casual Production Assistant

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Location: Littlehampton, BN17 7AU

Contract Type: Casual/ad-hoc, depending on operational needs

Working Hours: Variable / Casual. Shifts offered on an ad-hoc basis according to operational demands (typically between Monday - Friday daytime; no evenings or weekends)

About The Role

Looking for flexible, casual work? We’re looking for reliable and practical people to join our Littlehampton production team and provide extra support during busy periods and large orders.

This is ad-hoc work, with shifts offered when needed. Hours can vary, but shifts are typically Monday to Friday during the daytime, with no evenings or weekends.

As The Casual Production Assistant, You'll Be Doing

  • Helping prepare and decorate clothing such as T-shirts, hoodies, uniforms and event merchandise
  • Using equipment such as heat presses and embroidery machines, with full training provided
  • Checking finished items to make sure prints and embroidery are neat and correctly placed
  • Preparing materials, trimming and finishing garments, and folding and packing orders
  • Helping with stock and keeping the production area clean, tidy and safe
  • Supporting the team wherever needed to help get orders completed on time

What we are looking for in our Casual Production Assistant:

  • Reliable, punctual and happy to work flexible, ad-hoc shifts
  • Good attention to detail and pride in doing a job well
  • Practical and comfortable working with your hands
  • Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
  • Willing to learn and get involved in different tasks

Previous experience in production, printing, warehousing or garment decoration is useful but not essential. Full training will be provided on our equipment.
