What is the role?

We are looking for a skilled football coach within the South East to work with our 12 to 16 age group at our South East Regional Centre based at Westway Sports Centre in London.

What will you be doing?

You will coach and develop young players, preparing them for elite academy level football in the foundation phase and youth development phase, including maximising the opportunities of young players to reach their full potential. This will be done by monitoring and assessing the players.

Is this you?

You will be qualified to the relevant level and will have experience working with junior players within the Foundation or Youth Development phase.

Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience of working with foundation and or Youth Development age players.
  • UEFA B License (or working towards).
  • Age-appropriate FA certification (FA Youth Modules).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Competent IT skills

Desirable Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience of working with a variety of schoolboy age groups.
  • Experience of coordinating coaches and football development centres.
  • Experience of working within professional football at junior/ youth level.
  • Driving licence
