Role Description/Criteria

Casual Relief Teachers – St Padre Pio Catholic Primary School

St Padre Pio Primary School is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Casual Relief Teachers (CRTs) to join our supportive and faith-filled school community.

About the Role

We are looking for motivated educators who can step into classrooms as needed to provide high-quality learning experiences for our students. Relief teachers at St Padre Pio play an important role in supporting continuity of learning while fostering a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver effective and engaging learning experiences based on provided lesson plans.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
  • Build positive relationships with students and staff.
  • Uphold the school’s Catholic ethos and values.

Requirements

  • Current VIT registration (or eligibility).
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different year levels and subject areas.

St Padre Pio Catholic Primary School is committed to the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of all children. The successful applicant will be subject to child safety screening, including a current VIT registration and referee checks.
