We're excited to be partnering with an exciting new independent coffee/bakery/restaurant that's opening its doors. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Manager to lead the brand-new venue of a quality-focused concept centred around specialty coffee, fresh bakery products, and exceptional customer service.

The Role

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop/bakery/restaurant.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of around 20 employees, creating a positive and high-performing culture.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and retain a motivated team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining consistently high operational standards.
  • Manage stock control, ordering, rotas, labour costs, and overall business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, health and safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Report directly to the owners, providing operational updates and identifying opportunities to improve sales, efficiency, and guest experience.
  • Drive sales and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

  • Previous management experience within a specialty coffee shop, café, bakery, or premium hospitality environment.
  • A hands-on, energetic leader who enjoys being on the floor supporting their team.
  • Commercially minded with strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
