RESPONSIBILITIES
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As a Waiter you will be an ambassador for one of London's most exciting restaurant relaunches. You will deliver exceptional service with warmth, confidence and personality, creating memorable experiences that reflect Romy's philosophy of hospitality and storytelling through food. You will guide guests through the menu, share the stories behind the dishes, and create genuine connections that make every visit special.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering outstanding food and beverage service throughout the guest journey.
- Sharing knowledge of the menu, ingredients, wines and cocktails with confidence.
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages conversation, celebration and connection.
- Ensuring tables are presented beautifully and maintained to the highest standards.
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service.
- Anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations at every opportunity.
- Championing Hilton and The Pem brand standards.

We are looking for individuals who are:

- Professional, polished and confident in a fast-paced setting.

Previous experience in a quality restaurant, luxury hotel or premium hospitality environment is preferred but, most importantly, we are looking for personality, passion and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional service.
