About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our LFC Retail Team as a Casual Retail Sales Advisor at our flagship Liverpool ONE Store.
What will you be doing?
- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all customers.
- Processing sales, exchanges and refunds efficiently through our till systems.
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately.
- Building strong product knowledge to confidently advise customers on merchandise and promotions.
- Driving sales performance through add-on sales, upselling and customer engagement.
- Supporting the presentation of the store through effective merchandising and stock displays.
- Assisting with stock control processes and helping to minimise stock loss.
- Receiving, unpacking and replenishing deliveries to ensure products are available and well-presented.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store targets and maintain high operational standards.

You Will Have
- Experience working in a customer-facing role within retail, hospitality, leisure, events or a similar environment.
- Experience providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries professionally.
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence interacting with a diverse range of customers.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable promoting products, recommending additional purchases and contributing to sales targets.
- Basic numeracy skills and confidence handling transactions and operating till systems.
We have stores located at Anfield Stadium, Liverpool ONE, Williamson Square, Chester, Belfast and Dublin. We offer one of the most extensive product ranges in world football, providing supporters from around the globe with access to official Liverpool FC merchandise.
This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings, weekends and matchdays on a flexible assignment basis. Your primary location will be our Liverpool ONE Store.
