Casual Vacancy for Admissions at Durham Christmas Festival
This casual vacancy is to support with admissions at the Durham Christmas Festival which will take place between 4th and 6th December 2026, various hours will be available depending on the number of successful applicants; however, the working day will be no earlier than 8.30am and no later than 6pm. The successful candidates will be required to complete online training in advance, which will be paid.

Responsibilities
Casual Retail Support (ACS) Real Living Wage rate Role
Under instruction from Retail colleagues, and following appropriate training:
- Provide face-to-face customer services
- Process retail transactions, including cash handling
- Ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing, clean and tidy
- Load and unload stock for events
- Distribute leaflets to promote events
