The Role: Sales Assistant
This is fashion retail with personality. As a Sales Assistant at Jack Wills, you're the face of the brand on the shop floor, helping customers find their look, sharing styling advice, and bringing the spirit of Jack Wills to every interaction. From a returning regular to a first-time browser, you'll create the kind of experience that turns a visit into a habit.

Job Description
What You'll Do
- Greet every customer with energy and confidence.
- Offer personalised style advice and product recommendations that land.
- Deliver engaging, premium service that reflects the Jack Wills identity.
- Keep visual and presentation standards sharp across the shop floor and stock areas.
- Support replenishment and back-of-house organisation.
- Work with your team to hit sales targets and KPIs.
- Bring our latest collections and brand values to life through passion and product knowledge.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
- A genuine passion for fashion and British heritage style.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in a customer-facing role.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
- A customer-first mindset and a focus on creating a positive experience.
- Flexibility and reliability, especially through weekends, holidays, and key trading periods.
- Retail experience is a bonus, but not essential. We'll back you to learn.
