The Role

London Business School is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join Executive Education on a casual, zero-hours contract basis for an agreed period. Working hours will be ad hoc and agreed according to business need, programme requirements, and your availability.

This role is central to the successful end-to-end delivery of assigned client programmes and accounts, working closely with Client Directors, Programme Directors, and cross-functional teams. You will act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring programmes are delivered to scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage governance, track risks and milestones, oversee budgets, and maintain a consistently high-quality client experience throughout the programme lifecycle.

Executive Education designs and delivers world-class management and leadership development programmes for individuals and global client organisations. As part of this team, you will contribute directly to the School’s mission to have a profound impact on the way the world does business and the way business impacts the world.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of assigned custom executive education programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
  • Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing clear, proactive communication.
  • Work closely with Client Directors, Programme Directors, and internal teams to coordinate programme plans, milestones, governance, and resources.
  • Manage programme risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where needed to protect delivery and client outcomes.
  • Oversee programme budgets, financial processes, and documentation, supporting commercial targets and accurate reporting.
  • Monitor programme quality, gather feedback, and support evaluation activity to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate client and programme records, including CRM updates and information required for reporting, planning, and future business development.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
