🍽️ The Role

As a Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in running a busy corporate kitchen, producing fresh, high-quality food and helping to lead the kitchen team.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
  • Preparing and cooking high-quality fresh food
  • Supervising and motivating the kitchen team
  • Maintaining excellent food presentation and quality
  • Managing food safety and hygiene standards
  • Supporting menu preparation and service
  • Monitoring stock, ordering and food costs
  • Delivering excellent service to corporate clients and guests

👨‍🍳 We Are Looking For

  • Previous Sous Chef experience
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge
  • Experience leading a kitchen team
  • Contract catering, restaurant, hotel or corporate catering experience
  • Excellent food hygiene knowledge
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Reliable, organised and professional
  • Passionate about fresh, quality food

📍 Location: Central London

🕖 Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm

💷 Pay: Weekly pay available
