About the location:

Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, Tower Bridge is the starting point for discovering London’s historic past, alongside its exhilarating present. As impressive inside as out, this famous five-star hotel remains the centre of attention, as a new chapter begins in its history. This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Cooper's Cut (Modern Steakhouse), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar)

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Casual Spa Therapist to join our Spa team.

About the Spa

Located within one of London's most iconic buildings, The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge offers a luxury wellness experience in the heart of the City. Combining exceptional facilities, world class treatments, and a highly personalised approach, the Spa provides guests with a sanctuary dedicated to wellbeing, relaxation, and balance.

The role

As a Casual Spa Therapist, you will perform a variety of treatments in line with Four Seasons standards while creating an environment of comfort, care, and tranquillity for every guest.

You will deliver personalised experiences, adapting treatments to suit individual needs and preferences while ensuring the highest levels of professionalism and guest service.

This role is ideal for an experienced therapist looking for flexibility while working within a luxury spa environment.

What you will do

  • Deliver a range of face and body treatments in accordance with Four Seasons treatment protocols
  • Consult with guests to understand their requirements and tailor treatments accordingly
  • Provide exceptional guest care throughout the spa journey
  • Recommend treatments and retail products confidently and professionally
  • Maintain treatment rooms and spa facilities to the highest standards
  • Ensure all guest records are maintained accurately
  • Support the Spa team in creating a welcoming and relaxing environment
  • Maintain excellent hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times

What we are looking for

  • Recognised beauty therapy or massage qualification such as NVQ Level 3, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, VTCT, City & Guilds, HND, or equivalent
  • Previous experience within a luxury spa, hotel spa, or premium wellness environment
  • Excellent understanding of guest care and five-star service standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Right to Work in the UK
