The Role: Stockroom Assistant
This is the role that keeps Frasers moving. As a Stockroom Assistant, you're the engine behind every sale, making sure deliveries land cleanly, stock is exactly where it needs to be, and the shop floor never runs short. Operational excellence starts in the back of house, and that's where you'll make your mark.

Job Description
What You'll Do
- Support the receipt, unpacking, and accurate processing of deliveries.
- Replenish the shop floor promptly so customers find what they came for.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with counts and inventory control.
- Organise and maintain the stockroom in line with company standards.
- Store products safely, logically, and accessibly so nothing slows the team down.
- Back up store colleagues by keeping product availability tight.
- Stick to all health and safety procedures in the back of house.
- Step onto the shop floor during peak trade when extra hands are needed.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
- Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- The energy to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Reliability, commitment, and real pride in your work.
- A team-player mindset and solid communication skills.
- Flexibility with hours, including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Stockroom, retail, or warehouse experience is a bonus, but not essential. We'll back you to learn.
