The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Tour Hosts to join our Stadium Tours and Museum team on a casual basis.

Our Stadium Tours and Museum experience provides an amazing opportunity for football supporters to engage with us. We provide self-guided audio tours into the heart of the Emirates Stadium to approximately 300,000 fans every year, as well as offering VIP tours, led by a variety of Arsenal Legends.

You will be the face of our club and play a key role in communicating our story to all of our visitors. You'll take great pride in ensuring visitors receive the highest standard of service and you will proactively identify opportunities to deliver a world-class experience.

Rate of pay: London Living Wage

Casual Roles

Working with our club on a Casual basis offers a flexible and short-term arrangement. Unlike full-time roles, shifts are scheduled based on both our needs and your availability. These shifts may include matchdays, evenings, weekends, and events.

Your day-to-day

  • Deliver exceptional customer service - you'll seamlessly provide excellent front-of-house services through interacting with visitors in a proactive and enthusiastic manner
  • Be the go-to expert - you will demonstrate a good understanding of all tour products and experiences and areas of our stadium
  • Champion the effective use of multimedia - you'll confidently brief visitors on how to use our audio tour equipment and ensure the devices are maintained
  • Become an engaging tour leader - you will gain the ability to deliver guided tour experiences to large groups of visitors
  • Assist the team with the wider tour portfolio - you'll be eager to support the team with the delivery of our specialist tour experiences such as VIP, match-day, and legend tours
  • Upsell related products and offerings - you'll utilize your excellent rapport-building skills to proactively highlight opportunities for visitors to purchase guidebooks and souvenirs
  • Act as a proud ambassador for our club - you'll take pride in upholding uniform excellence and maintaining high standards of health, safety, and security

What we are looking for

  • Background in a customer-facing environment - you've worked at a visitor attraction or in a front-line customer-facing role
  • Passion for exceptional customer service - you thrive when you're delivering amazing experiences for visitors
  • Excellent communicator - you've got a natural passion for providing an engaging service to visitors from all walks of life
  • Confident presentation skills - you are comfortable engaging with a variety of guests in a passionate way that's authentic to our brand and values
  • A thirst for knowledge - you're eager to develop expert-level knowledge about the legacy and history of our club
  • Flexibility - you're a reliable individual who is able to work flexibly across the week, including evenings, weekends, and during peak holiday periods
