Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Casual Valet Attendant to join our Housekeeping team.
The role
As a Casual Valet Attendant, you will support the day to day operation of the Valet and Laundry department, ensuring guest clothing and employee uniforms are processed, finished, and presented to the highest standards.
You will be responsible for handling garments with care and precision while delivering the seamless service and attention to detail for which Four Seasons is renowned.
What you will do
- Process, press, and finish guest clothing to the highest standards
- Process and maintain employee uniforms, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Collect and deliver guest laundry and dry cleaning requests
- Handle garments carefully and follow all laundry and valet procedures
- Maintain organisation and cleanliness throughout valet and laundry areas
- Support the team with inventory and uniform management
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
- Work collaboratively with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service

What we are looking for
- Previous valet, laundry, dry cleaning, or housekeeping experience is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good organisational skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills and guest focused approach
- Good spoken and written English
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Right to Work in the UK
