What is the role?
To support the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse, ensuring stock is received, processed, stored and picked accurately and efficiently. The role will help maintain high standards of organisation and stock availability, while supporting the wider retail team to deliver an excellent service to our fans.
What will you be doing?
- Support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, assisting with the receipt, checking, processing and storage of incoming stock.
- Ensure stock is handled accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with picking and preparing stock for shop floor replenishment and online orders, ensuring orders are accurate and processed within the required timescales.
- Help maintain a clean, tidy and organised warehouse, while following all relevant health and safety procedures.
- Work closely with the wider retail team to ensure stock is available when required and provide support during busy periods, matchdays and key retail events.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and proactive, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. You will be a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and able to work accurately and efficiently.

- Good organisational skills, attention to detail and the flexibility to work when required, including busy periods, matchdays, weekends & evenings.
Essential Experience
- Previous experience working in a warehouse, stockroom or similar environment.
- Experience of handling and organising stock accurately.
- Experience of working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and an organised approach to work.
Essential Skills
- Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Flexible and available to work as and when required.
- Trustworthy, reliable and hardworking.
- Basic computer literacy and confidence using warehouse or stock systems.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
